Subject: Home-pro Grommet Press
This is a question for anyone who has the home-pro grommet press: Does anyone have problems with the grommets coming off of the top die??? I have this hell-spawn contraption and  whenever i press a grommet and a washer, the grommet wont come off the top part of the die unless I bend it and pry it off which ruins the grommet and in turn, whatever i put the grommet in. It's the size 00 die set and size 00 grommets and its making me livid. :evil:

Does ANYONE have any advise??

Hm,I had something like this with my pliers at first.But the tools size
 was wrong.
 Maybe try with a drop of machine oil,might come off easier then.
 That´s the only idea I got.
 Sorry,not much of help ,I guess

I tried that and it didn't help. and the oil got on my lacing panel. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Hi,

You can use some teflon spray, perhaps this is the solution?

have you tried to contact the company?  There might be an issue with your die.
