Subject: Stomach Muscles
I was just wondering if you feel daily stomach exercising is important and should be apart of your before hygiene routine for a day, or if it is not important to you.  I read that it is a good idea to do some exercises so that your muscles do not become dependent on your corset and stay fit.

I was just curious do you do it?  And is it every day like clock work or when ever you feel like it?

If you use corset every day in five week, you vill been dependent of corset,  because your brain understand as the corset is a part of your body. And the your brain will give you a message about something be missing, if you go without corset.

You exercising your stomach by eat big meal.

In corset You exercising your midriff by the breath the air out.

You exercising normal musculature by tighten, but in a corset you exercising your musculature of your waist by stretch of the musculature by tighten of your corset, as the natural flat broad waist been thin and rounded.

Do not eat big meals! 8-( Don't confuse the "stomach" as an organ and the belly muscles.

On a more coherent note, try to do some sit-ups before you put your corset on. It will exercise your belly muscles, and give your back a good strengthening too.
