Subject: FAMILY LIFE
I have been crying inside because I don't have time to sew and make new corsets with all the wonderful fabrics I have in my stash.  I have 2 corsets and a leather jock strap to finish up for some people and several for myself.

OH I need TIME!!!

Excuses - I don't have any. As usual I am busy with the usual activities. Kid (a son), as he likes to do things with me, and need attention. Work, as I need the money. A social life - yeah, I know people that doesn't have corsetting as a strong interest or hobby. My latest fad is actually an interest I had since childhood - flying. I am studying aviation theory and plan to go to USA later this year for some flying lesson.

Other that - I really don't have any excuses.

I do have things to say, but some of it is adult related, and I am not sure you are interested in reading about it.

Subject: Problems
why do people not write here?!

The answer is: The foundation of debate is new knowledge or ignorance. The novices get the knowledge from. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tightlacer

Google find the newest pages. As low activity give low placing in the Google hits

The most common use of corsets is in a wedding dress. And the wedding is never mentioned here.

A  rational use of corset is by the pregnancy. But pregnancy is never mentioned here.

A necessary use of corset is for the stage and show or film. But those are never mentioned here.

One of the most common use of corsets to day is in Lolita fashion and/or Gothic Fashion (Gothic & Lolita Bible)
but this page have noting about that.

If people buy a corset on Wasp Creations they use it private.

The activity was if the teen-agers use corsets. But the good corset is to expensive and to restrictive.

But if we not find a good and cheap corset for teen-agers the corset, silences sink into oblivion.

Well, while Mr. O certainly has a rather quirky style and a whole stable of rather peculiar pet-theories, in this instance his observations that there's not much to find here about common mainstream uses of corsets (wedding outfits, goth fashion, stage outfits) and that this community (for whatever reason) hasn't got exactly the highest profile amongst venues for corset-talk nevertheless raises some valid points even if it won't do anything to help raise participation in here.

I still don't understand (and I think it would be safer not to) what knowledge, ignorance, Wikipedia articles, Google hits, wedding dresses, pregnancy, stage shows, movies, goths, lolita fashions, teenagers, or what people do with corsets they bought from Wasp Creations has anything to do with the fact that people are busy enough with everyday life so they don't post here as often as usual.

I don't even think the folks in Bletchley Park can decipher that one.

His quirky style is rendered more so by his use of babelfish.

Let us remember that "The vodka is good, but the meat is rotten" is not an appropriate translation of "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak".

Subject: corset pattern for girls.
Quote by Markus:
nevertheless raises some valid points even if it won't do anything to help raise participation in here.

The fundamental cause to the use of corsets is the girls metamorphosis to a lady or a woman. In old days the parents pay the corset, because it was a important as the girl been married because that was the best job for a woman. the alternative was only slave works or the prostitute.

But to day the girl have need to pay, or sew a corset. But the quality of cheap corsets is useless. And sewing a old-fashioned corset was a work of professional machinist.

If you will have a future for the corsets, you have need to give the girls a corset pattern as they can sew with success.
Or you can sell the simple corset cheap as the girls can buy it.
