Subject: Post-Natal Corset training
Hi everyone. I'm new to this site, but not new to the corset... I was a tightlacer for years before I got pregnant. Its now 6 weeks since I had my baby by C section and I'm about to start re-corset training. I'll have to start with a waist sincher (under bust corset) as I am breast feeding. Any of you other mums out there got any advice relevant to post-natal corset training?

It doesn't seem like any mothers have asked your questions, and I am not a mother myself.

Congratulations with your child!

Here are a few advices:
Make sure that your GP or other medical staff approve that you wear "tight girdles" or similar tight clothing, and that it doesn't interfer with the C section.
As always with corset training, start gradually (you already know that, from your previous wear).
You will also discover that corsetting, aren't always as practical when you have a young child.
As for exercise and diet, you will propably get all the advice you need from other source.

I can go on, but as I said, I am a man, and only have experience 2nd hand.

My 2c worth:

Give your uterus enough time to get back to a "normal" state before you start.
I'm also just a guy so I have no idea how long a uterus takes to shrink back after pregancy.
KEEP TIGHT!!!

Follow the advice or instructions given my medical personal, about that kind of training. I know more about this, but perhaps an open forum, is not the right place to discuss it.
